Fathia

Nollywood actresses Fathia Balogun and Remi Surutu have been reportedly fighting .

Confirm News gathered that If not for the notoriety of their nonconformance, business mogul Bamidele Omosehin’s lavish burial party for his late father and launch of Foundation in his honour would’ve recorded one in town event.

Sources confessed that guests were aghast when the two top actresses put up a show of shame at a decent ceremony.

An eyewitness account revealed that it was the elderly Remi Surutu who went to Fathia Balogun’s table and gave her a dirty slap even though unprovoked.

It then became a mini pandemonium typical of their trade nicknamed ‘ija igboro’ before the two were separated and nerves calmed.

Sources hinted that Remi had been having grudges against Fathia on what she told her friends as Fathia’s disrespectful act, therefore looking for an avenue to bounce on her and ‘teach her’ lessons.

Other rumour mongers also added that Faithia may be romantically linked with the London-based celebrant whom Remi regards as his younger brother.

Confirmed News however caught up on phone with Remi Surutu who divulged in anger that Fathia is not her mate.

“ We are Yorubas. We respect our elders. This is parts of our trademark. This is also the culture we sell to people all over the world. Why don’t we imbibe the same culture within ourselves. Fathia disrespects me a lot . We Will still slap her again when I see her,” Remi said. “This is the beginning”.

All attempts however to speak to the Fathia were rebuffed . She never responded to calls and messages sent her.
