Channels TV gathered that stray bullet killed a yet-to-be identified student during the operations.
According to an eyewitness, the armed robbers stormed the Access bank and United Bank of Africa, UBA, and at Boripe Local government, Osun State.
The daredevils were said to have escaped through Ada town.
Osun State Police command spokesperson, SP Yemisi Opalola confirmed the incident to the media.
She said tactical team are in pursuit of the armed robbers.
