Lege Miami, the fringe actor who is largely known for his hookup (matchmaking) platform, has been having the best time of his life in the last twelve months.
His hookup platform has been so fertile that ladies get to meet their better half, sometimes for just a few weeks, others have lasted months, while for the lucky few, they have gotten married. There have been one, or two calls out from Lege; the dude who impregnated a girl and ran comes to mind.
Lege’s platform is a comedy hub on its own. The curses exchanged between him and some of his fans are always hilarious, when you understand Yoruba language, you get it better, some are even deliberate. They are out to frustrate him, he always has their time. The curses are either directed to the fellow father or mother: “abi iya ehofe shey orire ni,” the fellow might reply with “aiye yin loma baje egbon Lege,” curse with a sumptuous dose of respect.
Lege recently resuscitated his failed music career with the release of “True Friend,” the track is a tribute to Seyi Tinubu, one of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s children. This new track has been streamed more than six thousand times on Spotify.
With more than half a million followers on Instagram, Lege Miami might have finally hit the jackpot. The fame he couldn’t achieve via movies, hookups, and music, and his online shenanigan is slowly giving him.
