Charly Boy has attacked outgoing Bariga local council development area chairman Alabi Kolade David who renamed Pedro Bus Stop after Olamide Badoo.
The veteran entertainer Charly Boy has dismissed the recent renaming of a bus stop in Lagos that used to bear his name.
In honour of rapper Olamide, the outgoing Chairman Bariga LCDA renamed the well-known Charly Boy bus stop to the Olamide Baddo Bus Stop last Friday, July 25.
There were reactions to the change, with some people saying it had a political undertone due to Charly Boy’s criticism of the current government.
In an apparent response to the shift, Charly Boy posted the image above along with the caption,
‘’Bus Stop or no bus stop,
Fada no dey finish.
Go verify.
Dia Father’s left Nyash.”
It would be recalled that honourable David Alabi stands as a prominent personality within the political landscape of Nigeria, occupying the position of Executive Chairman of the Bariga Local Council in Lagos State. In addition, he holds the prestigious role of National President of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON).
