Youth and political stakeholders at Agege Constituency 1 converged at Mulero , Agege , Lagos on Friday 17th April 2026 .
Confirm News gathered that with one mind consensus , the residents assembled to settle for Honourable Babatunde Oladipo @haluta7 who is popularly known as Aluta to contest for Lagos State House of Assembly Member Agege 1 at the upcoming general election 2027.
There have been lots of consultation within the area since four weeks on who will deliver this constituency from poverty, lack of employment, political imposition, thuggery, less health care etc, they later pick Aluta as people’s choice .
However, yesterday evening Friday 17th April 2026 @haluta7 met with youth and stakeholders to unleash his mandate.
According to him he revealed that youth empowerment is the major priority on his agenda .
“ My manifesto to the good people of Agege constituency 1 is to empower the youth. Heath care support for the widow is important. Community engagement, not from distance but quarterly stakeholders meetings will be part of my programs. Artisans engagement, improvement on education accessibility at all levels, continuation of road network, drainage to prevent flooding and street lightening , modern health care centres , and upgrading sports activities both indoors and outdoors games.
Honourable Babatunde Oladipo Aluta has been running NGO and welfare schemes in the area since COVID-19 out break where he helped 1000 residents for food and others items.
During Easter, Ramadan, December and Ileya Festival , he extends hands to the less privilege ones within this constituency.
He did health care programmes for the aged ones. He has also done lots of programs to enrichment less privilege on the area .
Residents on Agotikuyo, Oke Koto, Morcaz , Mulero and others gathered to meet Honourable Babatunde OLADIPO Aluta on his welfare schemes for the constituency.
It was fun from the start till the event ends.
