Sheikh Al-Fulani has denied rumour flying around that Wizkid donated N300 Million to Ogogo family.
The prominent Islamic scholar, Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Olanrewaju Alfulani also added that he doesn’t know reason people started the speculation that Ibrahim Balogun gave Ogogo money .

Before his passing, reports circulated online claiming that Wizkid had visited the ailing actor in hospital and donated N300 million to support his medical treatment abroad.
A blogger had claimed: “Wizkid paid Ogogo a massive visit at the Lumstom hospital in Port Harcourt after his children announce his battling with cancer and also donated the sum of N300M for his flyout treatment.”
Sheikh Alfulani made the clarification during the three-day Fidau prayer held in honour of the late actor, professionally known as Ogogo.
According to the Islamic scholar, Wizkid did not donate N300 million to Ogogo or his family. He, however, stated that the family would accept the money if the singer eventually decided to give it, adding that they would also accept financial support from Davido.In his words: “WIZKID DID NOT GIVE OGOGO’S FAMILY 300 MILLION NAIRA AND IF HE EVENTUALLY DOES, WE WILL COLLECT IT. EVEN IF DAVIDO BRINGS MONEY…
