A heartbreaking video of popular Nigerian singer Davido at the burial of his close friend, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, who di£d after undergoing p£n!s enlargement surgery, this has generated lots of reactions online.
A UK inquest revealed that British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, who was buried in May 2026, d!£d after undergoing a p£n!s enl@rgement procedure in Thailand.
Igho was injected with 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine at an unnamed Thai clinic in March 2026, the inquest heard.
He was on holiday with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, and staying at a Marriott hotel in Bangkok when he decided to undergo the procedure.

He was subsequently taken by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital, where he was initially “able to answer questions normally.” His wife also informed the medical team about the filler injections he had received.

His primary care doctor in London confirmed his medical history, including a previous operation on his joints. He was also pre-diabetic and had gout but had no other known health conditions.
Thai doctors recommended that he undergo a CT scan, but he lost consciousness before the procedure could be carried out.
During the inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court, it was heard that doctors determined Igho had suffered a pulmonary embolism, a condition involving a blood clot blocking a blood vessel in the lungs, and he was transferred to intensive care.
CPR was performed for 100 minutes, but he d!£d shortly afterwards.
A postmortem examination conducted in the UK later found material consistent with the pen!s filler in his lungs and concluded that the procedure had caused the pulmonary embolism.
Igho, who d!£d in March 2026 as previously reported, he was laid to rest during a funeral in London in May.
At the funeral, Davido delivered an emotional tribute to his late friend, saying:
“I won’t lie, this is not easy, because when someone like Tiny leaves, the silence is loud, the absence is heavy. It does not feel real. He is a man with so much life, so much energy, so much presence”.
