This is sad news for the whole Nigeria entertainment industry. It has been reported that music artiste based in Warri, Starboy Fizzy, has committed suicide over a cleric’s revelation that he planned to use his mother for rituals.
The Nation learnt the incident happened early Thursday in Alegbo area of Effurun, Uvwie council area of Delta state.
He reportedly drank sniper, a poisonous substance.
The incident reportedly occurred after he returned from a church vigil with his mother.
According to reports, the young man decided to end his life because the pastor of the church allegedly told his mother that he saw a vision he would use her for money rituals.
It was gathered the mother of the deceased had divulged the Pastor’s warning to her neighbours to the displeasure of the son.
The upcoming artiste allegedly got depressed by the gossips making the rounds about the pastor’s revelation and chose to end it all.
Checks on YouTube revealed the deceased had a music video titled “Fire,” with MBA records.
