The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency has arrested the general overseer of a church, Ugochukwu Emmanuel Ekwem, with 54 wraps of cannabis concealed on his person.
NDLEA said that Ekwem was arrested at the international airport in Lagos on his way to a three-week crusade in Kenya.
Ekwem pastors the Christ Living Hope Church located in Anambra, Abuja and Lagos.
