According to Supreme Court, the purported group of land grabbers called the Adogun Atele, troubling peace, growth, and development in the Itele community, has been stripped naked.
ADOGUN has been discarded into the ash heap of history after the irreparable defeat it suffered at the Supreme Court in the morning, Friday, June 20, 2024.

In a Vanguard publication on September 20, 2022, two important points were published . First, there is no family called Adogun Atele in the history of Itele. This informed opinion was guided by my studious comprehension of the judgment delivered by Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour (SC720/2018). Second, the suit is vexatious litigation purportedly filed to lump and harass the government and Itele Kingdom to stalemate.
However, lots of people have been congratulating Kabiesi Alayeluwa, Oba Dr. Musiliu Ademola Eletu-Ashorota, the Onitele of Itele Kingdom, and the entire people of the Itele community and Awori land generally over the court pronouncement.
Kabiesi will now have all the time to focus on the development and prosperity of the Itele Kingdom. However, this Ileya festival should not be missed by anyone. I am inviting you on behalf of Alayeluwa.
