The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) on Tuesday, 6th August 2025, paid a working visit to the Executive Chairman of Ojokoro LCDA, Hon. Barr. Rosiji Oluyemisi Adenike, to discuss the ongoing Loan Project aimed at empowering small business owners and residents across Lagos.
During the visit, the LSETF team highlighted that the initiative targets 100,000 beneficiaries across LGAs, with 2,000 disbursements set for Ojokoro LCDA alone this month.
Key highlights of the loan scheme include:
- 24-hour loan approval
- Disbursement within one week (upon equity contribution)
- Accessible through EMPOWER ME & EMPOWER MES channels
The team encouraged Hon. Rosiji to help mobilise residents to take full advantage of this timely opportunity. In her remarks, the Chairman welcomed the partnership and assured LSETF of the LCDA’s readiness to support inclusive economic growth through such interventions.
