Senator Olamilekan Solomon popularly known as YAYI is trending for the positive reason.
The most endowed of the governorship aspirants in Ogun State has been endorsed by Lima and Kira Ogogo, daughters of late veteran actor Taiwo Hassan Ogogo.
Kira stepped out to publicly campaign for Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, at Ilaro last week the campaign team was inaugurated ahead of the 2027 Ogun State governorship election.
Yayi and the late Ogogo were reportedly very close friends. Supporters of the family say that if Ogogo were still alive, he would have been among those publicly canvassing for his friend.
Senator Yayi was also said to have stood by the Ogogo family during the actor’s difficult period, including while he was battling cancer, offering support and showing what the family described as true friendship and loyalty.
For his supporters, Yayi’s relationship with the Ogogo family is only one example of his connection with people across Ogun State.
The 2027 race is already generating conversations.

It would be recalled that YAYI is the Senator representing Ogun West district.
He has lots of support from Yewa race in Ogun State.
YAYI is the governorship under All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State.
He had served in House of Assembly, House of Reps and Senator in Alimosho area of Lagos State politically.
