“This life is really unpredictable, almost a decade ago, I and Wizkid used to be really close friends like besties, we were always spotted together everywhere. Popular blogs like Linda Ikeji would gossip about us that we were dating and i will just come out to deny it.
Wizzy was very young then, in his early 20’s so i had that feeling of resentment of the backlash i would receive from the media. You know talks like Wizzy impregnating his big sister and all that cos i am way older than him.
I wondered how people would see me, how my friends would rate me and how my family would take it because once in a while Wizzy would jokingly tell me “See I no mind if we run am”.
If i had knew he would grow this big to become the king of Afrobeats, i would have accepted o because right now he doesnt even remember we once had a thing in the past.
